Internet chatrooms?

How about internet chat rooms? Has anyone had great luck with chat rooms that specialize in dating? I've never tried them out, you just don't know who is honest or not.

Chatrooms for dating would be too creepy for me. You never know if the person is being honest or lying about everything they are saying. The same could be true of dating services, too, but guess sometimes you have to take a chance.

I know some people that have meet their dreams online, but you are right and many people do lie online. It is not just about chat rooms either, people lie on places like Facebook and Myspace too.
