    Default Dating older women

For the guys here, would you ever consider dating an older woman? I know some older women who really take the time to keep themselves in great shape and are terrific to be around. It also seems like there is less drama with older women.

Well, I'm not a guy, but I can tell you the perspective of a woman who has been in this situation. I spent three years with a guy who was six years younger than me (I was in my 30s, he was in his 20s) and you couldn't pay me enough to do that again. i couldn't deal with his attitude or immaturity. The only reason I stuck around as long as I did was because I was hoping he would grow up, but it never happened.

I think it depends on the two people in question. Sometimes the age difference can cause a lot of problems. Different interests in music for one. But most of us older women have already played the game and know how to make a good relationship work. We learned from our past mistakes.

I am not a guy, but I feel I can contribute. I have a quite a few guy friends who swear by dating older women (cougars). They all say it's so much fun because the women are so direct, don't play games and know what to expect of the situation.

This goes to show your perspective is very important as a lot of them said these women act just as or more youthful and playful than women many years younger than them. I think us younger gals can take a cue from older women.

That's what I was wondering about. I just get so sick and tired of the games that people play that I'd prefer the direct approach. Do you think that older woman are more comfortable in their own skin than younger ones are? That probably affects the relationship, too.

Actually most of us older women are comfortable in our own skin. We know we have no choice but to be. Younger men make you feel young again. But I wouldn`t date a man too much younger than me. Maybe ten years younger. I don`t want to date someone who I am old enough to be his mother.

I guess the ladies have answered your question clearly.

Younger ladies tend to play with us boys. Sometimes I feel like the girl is trying to test my love and sincerity by doing this and that.

I've never dated an older woman before but I guess the answers are right because they tend to directly express what they feel.

It seems the younger gals are more insecure or tend to play more games compared to their more mature counterparts. That's the thing that is so appealing about dating an older woman.

I am in my late 30's and I have dated younger men and won't again. It seems like there is always that gap between you, I am ready to just enjoy life and it seemed all they wanted to do was party. I am not into that scene anymore.
