When they won`t take no for an answer

I have dated a few men who just didn`t get it. I did not want to date them again but they still kept trying. Not like stalking but calling all the time and making me feel bad for saying no. How do you get them to understand they just aren`t your type?

That's a tough one. Since I'm a guy, let me explain why some of us do this. There are some women out there who like to play hard to get. Ask often enough and eventually they give in. So as a guy, you begin to think this is the case with all women - that they like to play hard to get - so what do you do? You become persistent to the point of being annoying. So what's a guy to do? I think both genders can accept partial blame for this one.

This can be the same for both ladies and gents alike. I have heard many stories like this where the person just does not give up. I am not sure if the person lacks common sense or what, but most people give fairly subtle hints.

I agree that it would be easier if neither side played games and both genders were just honest with each other. But unfortunately, in real life, that isn't the case for either side.

Yes I agree. No one plays fair anymore. Some even lie to get you to believe they are what they are not. I always tell the truth about myself. I don`t like game playing. At my age I know the games anyway, so they better watch it lol.
