Is there a right time to introduce myself?

On a few occasions when I go to college I see this girl i like that I haven't actually met/talked to before. On the occasions I see her she always looks shy and i'm worried that if I talk to her, she might feel embarassed, or she may not have the time to talk... so is there a right time to introduce myself?

Oh well, if you like her then go ahead and try to start a conversation. If you act like her, being "shy" then it will never go anywhere. Someone needs to step ahead. Sometimes girls are really not extrovert. So next time you see her, just for one or another reason talk to her and take it from there.

I would say, right now is the right time before someone else come and start talking to her.
