First date sparks

Have you ever been on a first date where the moment you looked into each others' eyes you knew it would work out? Maybe there was just something in the way you looked at each other?

Sure. They say the eyes are the windows to the soul and some people immediately connect when they look at one another. Whether or not the connection lasts is a whole different story.

Definitely! However the spark or chemical attraction doesn't always mean the rest is there does it? Unfortunately the spark was there but there were other qualities I could just not look past.

I've found the spark as well, myself. :) Who hasn't, really. I agree with Nancy though, that a spark doesn't always mean that the other stuff will be there or that it will be the best relationship to end up in.

I would say... some people might feel or experience the spark but that's just your internal feeling. It is not enough to understand the person. You must talk to person before you conclude anything. I would suggest you to read article 11 Questions You Must Ask when You're on First Date. I am sure it will help to understand your date better.. do not carried away with your emotions.

I have had those sparks a few times. They didn`t work out though. I don`t trust the sparks now. It`s good for a few more dates to see what happens and if the sparks are still there, but I would still take my time and get to know him before committing myself to a long term relationship.
